It's a movie. It's sooo damn funny I was laughing the whole way through because it's exactly what the UK is like.

Haha, S.O.T.D!! The best UK movie i've ever seen. A true genre defining ''Rom-Zom-Com'' Probley wont be as well recived in the states since it's basically based around typical British life. But still, with the whole ''I'll check if the coast is clear.'' scene you cant not love it. Plus the DVD has like 6 hours of extra's and bonous footage...Well the UK version atleast.

yeah, i think it would be a little bit funnier if i had known all your silly little english words and the such. cause yanno, we have a tendancy of taking your words and changing the definitions.

Fit = Good looking
Mingin = Ugly
Quid = British Pound. Like saying "Buck" instead of dollar.

Those are some major ones... name any other phrases that you didn't get and I will attempt to interpret.

The fact that about 7 persons in the thread explicitly said they saw it could be a clue that someone saw it..... That's just my theory though.

The best bits, "Whats the matter David never taken a short cut" then he runs tries to vault the fence and falls flat over. I laughed all the way through the film.

dawn of the dead also lacks primary hilarity.

You need to watch more British films then.

The Full Monty and Dog Soldiers are miles better than SOTD...

i love foreign flicks. the situational comedy so much better than a lot of the stupid slapstick.

"he's still my husband, and i still love him"

the aftermath was great. no sense in wasting a few perfectly good zombies.
