ok, i know there are tons of posts about which boards wheels ect...
i have picked a set up, i know its all based on preference, but i wanted to see what yall think, if youve had good/bad experiences with these products..
im 5.9 120lbs 15 i live in lousisana, i will mainly only be skating street, along college campasis and such.
Board
Im thinking a zero or flip, i hear these are leight good pop and concave.. i hear there not that durible, but this should be ok because of my size..
Trucks
i wanted independent originaly, but because they last long, there kinda bulky... i have decided on maybe G-7 or G-6's
Wheels
any unless i hear of an extraordinary wheel
Bearings
Bones Reds heard mainly good stuff, usually a 7-10/10 rating..
Hardware
?? doesnt matter does it
Grip tape
i hear anyworks but which is best for you
now, i use to skateboard, but that was with a walmart special or something.. i could ollie 2foot or so, and i almost had a grind down (dunno which it was, i cant remember) the board had to have weighed 5lbs no lie it was heavy..
i dont plan on being a pro off the bat, but i think i can have a pop shove it and some other tricks down in a month...
thanks for taking the time to read this..

Deck: Blank or Baker- Zero's are heavy and Neither Zero or Flip hold up well like you said, my Cousin weighs less then you and tor his Zero apart after 2 weeks.
Trucks: Destructo, or Venture
Bearings: Lucky Black Beauties
Wheels: Just go Blanks they are all about the same
Hardware: Something Cheap

man i hear all this about choose this one choose that one..
your couzin may have broken during sets or something... im just learning so i wont be doing alot of tricks off the back.. im so damn confused right now
*edit* i hear nothing bad about zero boards, besides them breaking on people doing sets and stuff... im not gonna be doing those for a while... but trucks i may go with destructos.. and i hear zeros have great pop, so why not just learn on it, if i break it while learning then ill buy a blank, no bigge.. its not that im rich, i just got payed from playing a video game , so ill have an extra about 40$ from that once i buy my board..

Get a libtech.. they last forever. almost too long.
for trucks, i skate silvers now, and I love em!! i had G6's for about a month and broke one of the hangers in 3 places when i landed a 360 pressure on flat ground, so i wont skate them any more
Bearings i would go for reds
blank wheels would suit
hardware is nothing special
