Variel heel- Learning a f/s shuv is not neccesary i learnt these way before i learnt fs shuvs. Put your front foot in a normal h/f position and your back foot on the tail but more down on the heel edge so you can scoop it ever so slightly just make sure to not go crazy scoop like a 360 flip just a while you pop. keep your upperbody in line the whole time flip out like you would for a heel flip stay over it...You may have to jump back slightly until you get these totally wired to make sure your finishing over that board...And just Practise!

What's the difference in doing them nollie and fakie? It's all the same technique. Just practice them like you practice fakie B/s Heels, if you can't do b/s heels, I can help you there.

Mmmm, i don't it's as black and white as that, i can fakie bigflip but i get nowhere near landing one in nollie =/, it's like being right handed and using your left hand to do something, just a practice thing i guess. And yeah i cant f/s heelfilp so should i learn them first before nollie b/s heel? My f/s 180's are rotten but.... practice practice practice...........
