Ok first of all, Tim and Simple Plan both suck big time. Rancis was once OK, like...5 years ago. Simple Plan never was OK, their former band, Reset, was the summum of kiddy pop punk bands. The whole Indestructible album had some new changes to it, which was definately not for experimentation. Maybe there Life Won't Wait album was experimenting, but this one was for one reason: money. They signed on to a major record label (Warner Bros), and said in that same interview (I will find it later) that they would not stray awa from Epitaph, which they haven't but they still signed on to WB to make money. He also produced Pink's album.
