whatever you do,don't get a world industries. I own one, although they have an okay pop...they are slight heavy and not so easy to flip.

i say go element or zero

zeros are great. mine lasted me 4 1/2 months of straight abuse, and it was as battered as an alcholic irshmans wife. blanks are good also.

dont get another dwindle board. darkstar, enjoi, almost, world industries, blind, etc are all dwindle distribution boards. They all suck... even though i loved enjois back in the day.

there is your problem. darkstars are DWINDLE distribution products, made in china or japan or taiwan or somewhere. they suck, crappy wood products and stuff like that. just go with a blank, or a good product like anti-hero, krooked, or beer city. look on http://www.dlxsf.com

thats deluxe distribution company. good stuff.

Yeah I heard Darkstar decks sucked.

Get a blank, it'll save you money if you're gonna keep breaking them.

my advice is, experiment with boards until you find the one perfect mold, shape, etc. for you. Also, doesn't hurt to have a certain 'connection' with the company that makes that perfect board. Like, for me, I really like Habitats not only for their boards' quality and such, but I also really admire the direction Habitat is going with Joe Castrucci's art and Habitat's carefree spirit image thing. Somehow, I feel right skating Habitat decks.
