Well personally i think monster and grind king are two of the worse trucks. I'd use Venture or Thunder for trucks. Deck's are all about personal prefrence you gotta try a few types before you find your style, again with wheels they all do the job but some people prefer certain charactersistics about certain wheels. I'd recommend blueprint, ricta.
Griptape dont matter it's all basically the same, I like lucky bearings, top end of the scale ones. A dude, a jackets a jacket how can i decide that for you? Same with bag you dont need an mp3 popcket thing any bag with a zip pocket can have ledas coming out of the zip section.

alien workshops are good beginner-intermediate boards. I have an alien workshop. its pretty strond, and its on the light side, its also got ok pop. as for trucks, i like phantom 2s and royals. They are both Super light and strong

another AWS fan! woo

I would seriously suggest against zeros as they are as heavy as an elephant, soaking wet carrying a house that is stuff with 15 million pounds of koala plasma. But strong

-Ricta wheels are good for street and park.
-Venture trucks are what I skate, so I suggest that.
-Any grip tape will do.
-Bone Red Bearings are nice.
-For the deck, I'd choose Girl, AWS, Flip, or a blank. Personal preference really. Test some out before you get it.
-Hardware, get any kind, doesn't really matter.
-Shoes . . . you're on your own there, and same with the jacket and backpack.

to answer your unoriginal q's, here's some a's.

a good skateboard? Good for BOTH street & park? WHAT? If it's good in one, it'll be good in the other, bro. Just go to your local shop (or blankdecks.com) and pick up a good lookin' deck. I suggest a 7.63 for starters. Also, experiment with board companies and sizes til u get the best feeling one.

good trucks? Light, durable, and good for grinding? Just pick up some Thunders or somethin' bro, cuz i can tell u wont be doin' any real grindin' if ure just startin out.

Wheels, bearings, griptape. Get some fatass 53mm wheels. Any brand will do. Get yourself some Bones Reds bearings, and the free griptape you get from whereever...

good skate backpack? Why do you need one of those (sure it's convenient)? Get a Clive or sumthin'. Check the catalogs and it should list any features you might want.

good lookin' skate jacket? They make skate jackets? Well, I remember seein' some nice ass jackets from 4star and Krew not too far back so go check http://fourstarclothing.com and http://kr3wapparel.com. I say, just get a hoodie.

Good shoes? Look no further than STI. eS, Etnies and Emerica make some quality sneaks.

thunder trucks. thunder thunder thunder.

wheels.. well.. pigs are pretty good. bearings, toy machine t sect. strong, durable, fast, and smooth.

decks.. um... as long as its not element, baker, enjoi, world, or any other ones that use shitty wood.

jessup grip.

the ones that arent just MY preference and that are actually really good are thunders, jessup, and the toy bearings.

since your starting out you dont need anything thats meant for tailslides or 5-0s what you need to do is get a blank deck or a mini-logo, spitfire wheels, destructo trucks (lifetime warrent) black panther bearings, lucky hardware, independent risers and blackmagic griptape.
