I have the same wheels as i did when i started skating. They are soo small and about 2 mm from seeing the bearings. My bearings fall out when i take my wheels off my trucks. Would i fly if i got new wheels and bearings ?

possibly. if you want speed get some nice $15 bones reds. and dont get any aircore type wheels too light. bigger wheels tend to get more speed. but if you sport low trucks, dont go much higher than 54mm wheels. harder wheels i believe are faster, but softer wheels are smoother. id also recommend some autobahn or ricta wheels.

i don't get it shouldnt smaller wheels be faseter although they do create less friction.. but however.. bigger wheels can be faster due to the weight on the deck can be spread out more..?

hmmm

Ricta wheels are nice, kinda pricey but nice.

softer wheels (72a-85a) are MUCH faster on pavement. harder wheels on the other hand (85a-99a) are much faster on smooth surfaces like masonite. bigger wheels are faster and smoother and dont make your board flip slow. i have 64mm which is smakll for me and it flips just fine
