Holy monkies! Im watching a show on TLC and these guys are jumping from rooftop to rooftop. They're jumping down these 30 or 40 foot drops:eek:. For anyone who lives in or near london..have you seen any of these guys? Just look up and you'll probably see them if you dont. But these guys are awsome! They're climbing brick walls, walking 1 inch wide fences with eaze:eek:. They're also jumping off walls to get to higher ledges, they're jumping from those poles in the ground to the poles in the ground. And the poles are like 5 feet apart and they land perfectly on them. They're also running up trees and doin a backflip, and doing flips over rails and walls. Also, they're jumping down more steps that you can ollie. Its crazy, tts awsome. So has anyone seen any of them?

Yeah you just saw Jump London, the first "official" movie about parkour. It came out last summer, or the one before that, in the UK, and it's now airing in US and Canada. They're hoping to give the sport some visibility in America since it's really big in Europe right now. It's really a cool sport and anyone should give it a try, a bunch of guys here (me included) started practicing it early last summer, and progression is so fast we actually had 2 interviews with local newspapers (one with 3 full pages of pictures in the #1 newspaper in Quebec). If anyone's interested in contacting people that practices this in their region, try www.urbanfreeflow.com 's message boards.

Shutup, your an idiot. Freerunning may not look to hard but alot of the things people do is, jumping off a gap about 30 feet off the ground spinning 360 and landing with your hands on the other side then pulling your self up.

Yeah dude it is hard. One of the dudes jumped from a roof to a ledge about 20 feet below, you might think that its not highup but it is. Also this other dude jumped down about like 50 feet or something.

He's a loser who thinks he can look clever by saying why? to everything you say, i used that tactic in arguements when i was 8.

Parkour is actually more than just running over gaps, it's about moving from point A to point B using a path nobody ever took, it's the art of movement and a "getaway" sport.

I just saw it, really rad. I guess I already did this though, we just called it freestyle walking or whatever. I run after school to stay in shape for cross country, and when i run, i do stuff like this. Pretty fun, funner then you'd think, especially if you don't know what's coming.

Not always, thats just one of the things they do, it's kinda like skaters doing a revert after a trick.

If i saw it in real life i would be amazed. But seeing some kids jumping from stuff on the TV is so old and looks less intresting then a episode of friends.
