I'm leaving tomorrow at about 9am or so to do some stuff, and go to the hotel in St. Louis. The next morning, I leave for Fort Jackson, so this is my last real time on the computer for a while. I just wanted to say my "bye's". I'll be back of course, but still. Keep it real guys, and good luck in whatever it is you choose to do.

Oh, and I actually got this idea off another guy going into medical, but I have made a xanga online journal specifically for this. When I send my letters to Ashley (my girlfriend, duhhh), she's going to post them up on the xanga, so my friends and whoever else can check it out, and know what's going on with me. I'm not really making this post to advertise for it or anything, but if any of you *want* to check up on how basic is going, check it out. Haha. Well, a lot of the letters will be "this is how my day was...." and go into detail. Ashley will keep some of the more lovey parts out of there :)..it'll be mostly information about BCT!!!

well, I already told ash, but I got there, and a long story short- they screwed up big time, and I can't ship out today. I'm at home now, and am going back tomorrow to try. If that doesn't go well, I'll have to wait a few weeks. Sucks!!!

My training will be 91J (Medical logistics/supply specialist). After that I'm still debating on 91W training (combat medic..fixing up the soldiers on the front lines). We'll see though, that's a while away.

Later guys...lets hope this goes better tomorrow than it did today..

I'm back (almost) guys. One week from tomorrow I'll by flying into St. Louis, MO, and beginning the trip back home..I can't wait. It's so close I can taste it, but these last few days they have smoked us harder than I'd ever imagine. My body is in a ton of pain, but we're almost there, so it'll be fine, I'm sure.
