I wish my park had a pool, or better yet I wish I had a pool so I could skate it.

Great pic.

That's great.

I wish i had a chance to skate a proper pool, we've got loads of bowls here but it's not the same.

i have a question..do most pools skate like the bowls at the skate park..bc those seem mellower than pools..well anyways i have a pool and we never use it and we dont have a heater for it or anything..so i was thinking of sraining it if i got the proper pump..and well yeah itl all be mine and my friends bc no one in my neighborhood skates..but the question is..do some pools have to much of a vert because the ones ive been in feel like its just flat and then vert on the walls without much of a curve on the bottom corners.........ehh hard to explain

If your pool is square it's possible the transitions may not be skateable, but if it has any king of round shape you can probably skate it. Backyard pools transitions are not like that you'd find in a skatepark. They weren't designed to skate so the tranny tends to be quicker, but once you get used to it it's all good. Stand at the edge of the deep end of your pool and look down the wall, you should be able to see how much tranny there is at the bottom.

Hey, i was thinking of trying layback 5.0s at my skateparks bowl and i was wondering if i was wasting my time trying them or if it'd be worth the time to try and get them.

Hey Sheppard, all laybacks are awesome. I personally like doing layback tailslides ala Duane Peters. I would work on em if I was you. To Ian, I'm not sure about Chino 4. Is it a park or what ? We're doin a Chino session this sunday morning 2/6 if you can make it, cool.
