How to compress videos.

theres a pretty easy to use one.

Download VirtualDub. It's free and very simple to use.

Open VD, select your video file....then go to video > select compression, choose a codec to compress it with (try divx, xvid or huffy), then just save the video.
Simple as.

open quicktime

goto file>import
choose the file you want
click convert
goto file>export

goto export>mpeg-4
goto options change the kbps to whatever you think will look right (This means try out different ones)
then click save

It reduces the quality and makes it smaller.
