Haha, 35000? Go and play in traffic. It all depends on size and quality of materials. As well as if you are buying all the wood or using some scap, weather you have the tools already etc... Is it a miniramp? Or you talking a smaller halfpipe as in 7-10ft?

My friends and I built one last summer that was 7 ft by 5 ft. for about $500. Of course we neglected it and it rotted away from the rain. But it was fun while it lasted. If your a bargain hunter you could prolly build one for less.. My advice is, if theres a park around with a halfpipe, then don't bother building one. It will get old.

it varies alot, but theres no way that it cost 35000 for a mini pipe in some ones back yard you could build a small one yourself for about 4 or 5 hundred.

A mini doen't cost 3500. Go to your local hardware store and price some 1/4 plywood and 2x4s and maybe some 3/4 sheets for the top.

Make a material list and then go price it. The cost of your mini ramps depends on a few main things.

1) Do you have a bottom to ramp? Some people just use a flat peice of plywood, like I did, and lay it on the ground if you have a hard stable surface like cement. This will cut down on the cost of your ramp.

2) How wide is your ramp, how long?

3) Is your ramp indoors or outdoors? What is your climate like? Do you get snow? Indoors ramps can use different material such as masonite for the top sheet.

me and my friends buitl a 4 foot high 16 foot wide one in his back yard it cost around 800 i believe But why would you pay some one to do it that would most certainly double the price oh and you can lay down cinders and level them and put planks on them as a bottom (more work then building the mini)

My friend built one for his BMX, He already had materials, - wood.. It cost around $150, and thats including the waterproof coating... I live in West Virginia though, wood is abundant and extreamly cheap here.. Good luck.
