![]() ^^yeah, like that^^ i took it upon myself to build one...cuz i really couldn't justify paying $150 for the matthew mcconaughey special...not to mention, it's an epic upper body workout, and i wanted to try something new skateboarding. so i went and got a 6' oak dowel: ![]() carved a nice handle out of walnut, and added some twine: ![]() and rigged up a traction device out of 2 hockey pucks, some metal brackets, and a block of mahogany: ![]() as i said, it's a helluva upper body workout...apparently a handful of the UFC guys use these push sticks as off-season workout stuff. i can definitely feel it in my triceps and back. PM me if you're interested in building one, i can help ya. it's not that i don't wanna sell 'em, it's just the matter of shipping a 6' long package...that frightens me. |

I've seen those in Miami, nowhere else strangely enough tho. Quite resourceful of you there bucky, and the finish on that wood is really nice, well made...well made.

yeah those stand up paddle boards are getting big around where I live.
This is a pretty cool idea, can't really afford it at the moment though.
