Metal Rail:

This is a simple grind rail that you can put in your garage because it's nice and small.

Material you'll need for the grind rail:
1. 6.5 FT peice of retangular steel
2. Two peices of 3" steel (rectangular)
3. Two peices of 2' steel (rectangular)
4. Two peices of 3" flat steel that's 1.5' long for the feet

For this project you're going to have to weld the peices together. So you'll need a welder and a grinder (smothen up the welds).

Place the legs on the grind rail first, upside down. Weld them in place.
Next weld do the feet.
Turn the rail right side up, so it's standing on it's feet. Now you can add the angle peices (if you want to - most don't need it)
